1. How do I inquire about the status
of my order?
You can click on "Track Your Recent Order"
at top of your page to check on the progress of your
order. Please have only your order number ready and
follow the simple instructions.
2. What kind of credit card
security do you operate?

4. How do I open an account with eastwestbazaar.com?
After you add the items to your shopping cart, you can
create your own account (using a protected username
and password) and then you can use the same account
for all your future purchases.
5. How can I make payment for my purchases?
You can make payment in 3 different ways:
a) Pay using a credit card. In this case, your order
will be processed as soon as we receive the order.
b) Pay using a check. In this case, your order will
be processed as soon as we receive the order.
c) Pay using a Money Order. In this case your order
will be processed as soon as we receive it. Your Money

6. Can I make a purchase by using my
friend's/relative's credit card?
No. Under no circumstances may you make a purchase by
using your friend's/relative's credit card. The credit
card must be in your name. However, if you send us an
email before ordering, we might be of some help to you.
7. If I don't want to order on line,
can I also place an order over the phone?
Sure you can. You can call us at 905-654-5566 and place
the order over the phone through one of our customer
service representatives.
8. What is the difference between Shipping
Address & Billing Address?
Shipping address is the address where the customer wants
to receive their shipment.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets
his bills from the credit card company.
9. Do you deliver Flowers/Gift Baskets/Cakes
to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh if we
place an order in Canada or USA?
Yes, we do provide this service. However, we need 3
full Working days to deliver it on time. For example,
if you want the item to be delivered on 20th of November,
then you will need to place the order by the 23rd of
November.

Sure you can. Just tell us where to.
11. What is your return policy?
As a rule, we have a NO RETURN policy. However, if any
product received by the customer is defective (Manufacturing
Defect, Expired or Damaged) then we can either replace
that product or give the credit of that amount to the
customer. In case of any dispute, if buyer wants to return the items back, eastwestbazaar.com will not incur the shipping charges over the return of the items. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete

12. What does "Free Size"
mean in the Fashion section for Women?
On the average, Women's "Free Sizes" are similar
to sizes 6 - 12 Labeled in North America.

1. How does the online payment system
work?
The credit card information you enter into the order
form will go in realtime & Encrypted for authorization
to your bank and credit card company. We receive their
authorization in few seconds & your order will be
finalized. As we will know right away & at that
time we will send you an email that your credit card
was accepted & aboveall Thanking You for your order.
2. What are the reasons my credit card
might be refused?
Banks and credit card companies refuse authorization
of credit cards for a specific number of reasons, mostly:
The credit card number entered is not a valid number
(check typo error).
The credit card does not have enough credit balance
left to pay for the order.
The credit card company have not received your payment
till now.
The billing address entered in the order form does not
exactly match the address in your credit card statement
(check typo error).
The expiration date of the credit card is not entered
correctly (check typo error).
3. How do I correct the information
that was incorrectly entered?
Simply go to Your Account and click on Edit User Profile,
then make the necessary changes.
4. What happens if I do not correct
the information?
In this case, the system will not allow you to finalize
the order, and we will not be able to process it, however
it may stay in shopping cart for you for 30 days or
till you correct it.
5. What type of credit cards do you
accept?
We accept Visa, Master card & American Express.
6. Is there any other mode of payment?
