| Placing
An Order: To place an order on our web site,
you will first need to click on the "ADD TO CART" buttons
for the products you want. If you want to order any of the
accessory products that often appear on the "Accessories"
tab below the product, you can simply click the checkboxes
of the ones you want, and then click "Add Selected Items
To Cart". Each time you click "ADD TO CART", you will be
taken to the Shopping Cart section of our site. To return
to shopping, simply click the "Keep Shopping" button, or
use your browser's "BACK" button.
You can remove a product by clicking the
check box "remove" and then clicking the "Update Items"
button. You can change a quantity by clicking the "Qty"
box, typing in the amount you want, and clicking the "Update
Items" button. You see the various shipping options and
their costs on the right side of the Shopping Cart in the
drop-down box labeled "Shipping Method". Choose your desired
shipping method here. When you are ready to make your purchase,
click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button on the Shopping
Cart page. You will then be in the Checkout Section.You
will be asked to log-in if you are a previously registered
customer. If you are not, simply click on the Proceed To
Checkout button in the New Customer section. If your are
registered with us, you may log-in here, and it will speed
up your order process. The First part of the Checkout Section
asks you to fill in your shipping name and address; it will
also ask you to check "Is this also your Billing address?"
If you check Yes, it will fill in the Billing address for
to save you time. If you check no, you will be asked to
enter your billing address. You will then click "Continue
Checkout". Next, you will be asked to enter your credit
card type and number, and then click Continue Checkout.
The Next section is for Billing Information. You will be
asked for your billing address and telephone number. After
filling this in, Click Continue Checkout. You will now be
on the Review and Submit Order page. Here, you may review
your Shipping, Billing, Payment, and Shopping Cart information.
There is an "Order Comments" field for you to fill in information
such as "OK to partial ship", etc. (Please do not ask us
to leave your order without a signature). The "Gift Message"
field allows you to enter a short message that will appear
on the paperwork enclosed with the order. If you do not
want the recipient to see the price of the order, check
the appropriate box.
If everything is to your satisfaction,
click "Submit Order", and your order will be safely & securely
sent to us for processing. You will then be presented with
an order confirmation page that you can print for your records
(there is a place to click for a "printer friendly" version),
along with an opportunity for "quick registration". If you'd
like to register with our site, making future purchases
quicker and easier, you can fill in this section. This will
save your billing and shipping addresses, and allow you
to save your credit card number as well if you choose to
do so. You will receive an automatic email with the details
of your order. You will receive another email when your
order ships, with tracking information where available.
Shopping Cart:
When you click on an "Add To Cart" button, it places that
item in your shopping cart. It will remain there for approximately
30 days until you either purchase it or delete it. If you
are a Registered User, and have logged-in prior to placing
an item in your shopping cart, it will remain there until
you purchase or delete it, and you can access your saved
shopping cart from another computer (for example, at work).
You can remove a product by clicking the
check box "remove" and then clicking the "Update Items"
button. You can change a quantity by clicking the "Qty"
box, typing in the amount you want, and clicking the "Update
Items" button. On the right side, is a selection box for
Shipping Method. The Shipping Method options that are presented
here are presuming delivery within Canada & USA. If you
are shipping outside Canada or USA, and you choose a method
that we do not employ to your area, you will be informed
during the order process and offered appropriate options.
The default method is Ground. This is Standard Ground shipping.
Canada Post Ground is currently used for most orders. P.O.
Boxes will have Canada Post Standard shipping used for this
option. The next options are 2 Business Days & 1 Business
Day . Next Day option will deliver your order in 1 business
day from the time your order is shipped.
You will also see suggested accessories
for the products in your cart. You can click on the check
boxes next to the ones you want, and then click the "Add
Selected Items To Cart" button. When you are ready to make
your purchase, click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button.
You will be taken to a very safe and secure Checkout form
to complete your order.
IMPORTANT: You will be redirected to Paypal site for payment.
After payment is done, you will have to click 'Return to Merchant' at PayPal site
to return to our site for order finalization. Otherwise, your order will not be confirmed in our system.
