To serve you better and faster, we have made certain
changes in our shipping policy.
The basic charge for Ground Shipping
on any product can be found on the every product information
page by clicking Shipping Options. We ship to all the 48 contiguous States in
USA, All Canadian Provinces and to few International
Countries (see
list), we also offer a variety of shipping options
on selected packages. You can get details by contacting our
customer support team. All orders require someone to sign
for them; please do not ask us to leave your package
without signature. So please make sure someone is
home on the day of delivery. You may enter special
instructions for receiving your package in the box
provided. In that case, EastWestBazaar.com or the
Carrier will not be responsible for missing or shortage
of any or all items.
Kindly make a note, if under any
circumstances customers choose to return back the
items shipped by EastWestBazaar.com, customer will
bear the shipping charges itself. Also,Eastwestbazaar.com
will not bear any re-shipping charges on the items
returned to us, due to the negligence or ignorance
of customer to receive the items at their end.For

Shipping Time:
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping
time is contingent upon credit verification. All orders
are shipped on same business day (4:00 p.m. is cut
off time for a business day) of receiving your order.
No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays
or Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort
will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail.
Estimated shipping times are provided on our web site
on the individual product listings.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We now ship to certain countries (see
list). However, we do send gift Baskets, Flowers
Internationally.
SHIPPING GIFTS
TO INDIA, PAKISTAN, SRI LANKA & BANGLADESH:
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders,
please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address
with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible
for postal delays resulting from incomplete address
listings. Also be aware that all shipments to any
Boys or Girls College/School/Hostel are placed at
the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not
accept your package or it is refused for any reason,
eastwestbazaar.com will under no circumstances issue
a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor
shall Eastwestbazaar.com attempt re-shipment of the
same order. For a special or preferred delivery date,
sender must mention the delivery date in the gift
message box when placing their order. If the order
does not contain any delivery date, then it will be
delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
